01 — MY PHILOSOPHY
Every project starts with understanding the core problem and the desired outcome. I focus on delivering tangible value through efficient code and well-architected systems, ensuring that every feature serves a purpose and contributes to the overall success of the product.
The best systems evolve based on feedback and performance.
I.
I believe in building software that directly addresses user pain points and simplifies their tasks. This means actively listening to user feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and prioritizing features that deliver genuine utility and a positive experience.
II.
While I create detailed plans and roadmaps, I remain adaptable to changes driven by new insights, evolving technologies, or shifting market demands. The goal is to deliver the best possible product, and that sometimes requires adjusting the course.
III.
I prioritize writing clean, well-documented code and employing sound architectural patterns. This ensures that applications can grow, adapt to new requirements, and be easily maintained by the team over time.
02 — SELECTED PROJECTS
IMYME · WEBSITE BUILDER SAAS · PRODUCTION READY
BUILDING IN
~7 months
THE CHALLENGE
imyme required a sophisticated architecture capable of handling multiple tenants, custom domains, subscription billing, dynamic SSR, and real-time updates for a drag-and-drop interface. The goal was to create a platform that empowered users to build and manage their websites seamlessly.
This involved designing a robust backend, an intuitive frontend builder, and a scalable infrastructure to support a growing user base and diverse website needs.
THE APPROACH
I architected a polyglot persistence layer using PostgreSQL for structured data and MongoDB for flexible, nested content models. Advanced Redis caching strategies were implemented for domain lookups, ISR revalidation, and rate limiting. An asynchronous pipeline using BullMQ handled analytics, and FFmpeg workers managed video processing.
The platform features dynamic routing, on-demand TLS for custom domains, and integrated payment processing with automated invoicing, all delivered through a custom Next.js ISR handler for seamless deployment.
THE WORK · KEY FEATURES
Q1 2024
Designed and implemented the core architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS website builder, focusing on scalability and flexibility.
Q2 2024
Built the drag-and-drop website builder interface and the SSR engine for rendering customer sites, alongside features like subscription billing and form submissions.
Q2-Q3 2024
Implemented multi-level Redis caching, asynchronous job queues (BullMQ), and efficient data handling across PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure high performance and reliability.
Q3 2024
Managed the end-to-end deployment of imyme.app, including setting up infrastructure, domain handling, payment gateway integration, and initial user onboarding.
"
Bhavishya's ability to architect and build complex systems like imyme from the ground up is truly impressive. He handles both the backend challenges and the user-facing features with equal skill.

03 — MY APPROACH
I follow a methodical process that balances planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This ensures that projects are delivered efficiently and meet high standards of quality and performance.
I.
I start by thoroughly analyzing project requirements, user needs, and business objectives. This initial phase is critical for defining the scope and setting clear expectations. I engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment before proceeding.
